Cruse Bereavement Care in Sutton and Merton

When someone dies we can be affected in many ways - emotionally, mentally and physically - as well as in terms of how we behave and relate to other people. Bereavement support may help you cope better now and in the future.

How can bereavement support help you?

It could be helpful to talk regularly with a bereavement support worker, face to face or over the telephone. It can help you to:

  • Explore and understand how bereavement is affecting you
  • Express painful thoughts and feelings
  • Find ways of coping better with your thoughts and feelings

It can be difficult, for many reasons, to ask for help. We would encourage you to reach out to Cruse for support.

How can we help?

We provide a range of services including:

  • A bereavement support worker to talk to regularly on the phone or face to face in a convenient location.
  • A range of helpful leaflets about grief and bereavement.
  • Information regarding other bereavement issues - for example financial support or other relevant organisations.

For more information click to see our leaflet and poster.
