DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM! THEY ARE A REAL RIP OFF, THEY DELIBERATELY DRAG YOUR CASE AND PROVIDE A TERRIBLE SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST! Clayton Miller was my solicitor. He was charging me £378 an hour hence I was charged £37.80 for each call (up to 6 mins) and each email. He deliberately prolonged my case so as to make money! He is like the doctor who was recently in the news, Mr Ian Paterson who made money by carrying out completely unnecessary operations! He didn't advise me of hearing dates and my case therefore went on for much longer than it should have! Their administration was also extremely poor and they made a great deal of mistakes on my form E! Far too many mistakes were made by both Clayton and his assistant Danielle. I had to keep correcting them and on top of that, I was being charged for each email. What on earth was I paying them for? I was already going through a lot of stress, their mistakes made matters worse! They charged me for a 2 day hearing and took the fees upfront but my hearing finished in 1 day. They didn't return my fees for day 2! How can he get away with that? How does Clayton sleep at night? Clayton only qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and when I instructed him in 2014, he was only 5 years qualified. How can he justify those fees being qualified for only 5 years. When I instructed him, I didn't know that he had only been qualified for 5 years! But the worst part is that he would deliberately drag the case so that he could keep on charging. When he gave the court 'dates to avoid', he said that they were not available for almost 6 months and when I asked for copies of emails/letters he had sent, he wouldn't provide me with these. I would have to keep chasing him for these. Even for receipts of payments which I had made, I would have to keep chasing them for this but in the end, I never received receipts for all the payments I made. AVOID THIS FIRM! I ended up paying 40k in fees for their rubbish work. Also, Clayton forcibly attended hearings at £378 an hour even though I was paying 5k for a counsel for one day. His fees amounted to almost the same as counsel even though he just sat there quietly and was very nervous in court. Their response below is a lie, they are trying to get away with this awful behaviour. Clayton Miller and Mary Ketley, both ripping innocent vulnerable people off, only god will be able to give them what they truly deserve. Karma is there, no matter what they say or do, it's going to come back to them and that's a promise !
